The Life Cycle of Collaboration

It gives me great pleasure to recommend the Life Cycles of Collaboration workshop, facilitated by the amazing Gregg Potter. This empowering three-part workshop provided outstanding step-by-step guidance for building effective collaborations, and what really stood out from other leadership workshops I’ve participated in is Gregg’s teaching style and the care he puts into creating a safe space for having vulnerable, open, and honest discussions. His approach to collaboration and the thoughtfulness he put into guiding our discussions made the entire experience engaging and enjoyable and helped all of us who participated feel a strong sense of community throughout our time together. I am so grateful to have participated in the Life Cycle of Collaboration workshop, and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to learn the essentials for building authentic, meaningful collaborations.

The Life Cycle of Collaboration

CURATED FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION

We also curate The Life Cycle of Collaboration to fit into your organizational needs. If this is something you would like to have at your organization, we can create a set of workshops to be all at once as in a day long retreat, throughout a longer timeline, two half-days, or whatever else works best for you and your team. This is a great professional development course that creates better collaborators while building on your teams leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

“The course opens our minds about our environment, awareness and surroundings. Intentional and unintentional collaborations. It also allows networking and relationship building with different people from different parts of life who are change makers or supportive of good change happening.”
